“Green Day” concert in Amsterdam
Green Day is returning to Amsterdam during the summer of 2025. At the time we are writing this article, Amsterdam is only one of very few cities in Europe that will be honored as one of the cities Green Day will visit, but it might be that the list will grow longer in the coming months. No matter what, if you want to meet Billie Joe and the rest of Green Day in the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam on July 2, 2025, this is your chance!
I have been a big fan of Green Day since I first heard “Basket Case”, and I must admit, I still enjoy the songs and the vibes given as I listen to the Green Day music. Even though they are getting older, the band still feels young and fresh, and it is a joy to watch Green Day on stage. Would you like to see what a Green Day concert might be like? The clip above shows a full Green Day concert as they band performed at the popular “Rock in Rio” festival in Rio in Brazil. Did you know that there is a similar festival in Lisbon also named “Rock in Rio”? What do you think? Would you like to experience this fantastic music and the band live in Amsterdam in 2025? And it is also worth remembering that this might be one of few Green Day concerts in Europe in 2025, because as of now, the band will only play in a few other cities such as Oslo, Athens, Luxembourg, and in Firenze. It might be longer soon, but as I am writing these, only these cities are confirmed.

A few words about Green Day.
Green Day is an American rock band formed in 1987 in California. The band is known for its energetic punk rock style and rebellious attitude. The members are Billie Joe Armstrong (lead singer and guitarist), Mike Dirnt (bassist), and Tré Cool (drummer). They became famous in the 1990s with their third album, Dookie (1994), which brought punk rock to a wider audience.
